Laser engraving principle

 You can use the machine panel to adjust the speed , also can use the computer printer driver to adjust. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment is 1%

Spot size
Laser beam spot size can be adjust byehe lens of different focal lengths . Small spot lens for high-resolution engraving.  big spot lens for a lower resolution carving, but for vector cutting, it is the best option. Standard configuration of the new device is 2.0-inch lens. 1.Smear a little detergent on the engraving area, use a newspapers or napkins slightly larger than the area;
2.The paper completely soaked wet with water, and squeeze the excess water ,put the wet paper on the engraving area, do not wrinkled.
3.Put the glass on the engraving machine, engraving when the paper wet state, and then take out the glass, remove residual paper, then clean the glass surface.
4.If necessary, gently polishing the glass surface with 3M's Scotch Brite.

Normally, the laser power settings should be smaller, precision setting at 300dpi, engraving speed to be faster, you can try using large-size lens for carving. 

Note: When laser engraving on leaded crystal should redouble careful, leaded crystal and


ordinary crystals have different coefficients of expansion, in the carving which may cause crystal cracks or broken. 

Settings small power to avoid this problem, but still should always guard against rupture in case.

Clean, you can use a damp cloth to clean after engraving surface.

1.Theoretical knowledge: Training must start from theoretical of machine,the operator must pass the theoretical examination.
2.Useing of engraving machine tool: The operator must be clear of common tools, carving motor speed, travel speed, and precautions, the operator must be familiar with the tool applications.

3.Application of the material: The operator must be familiar with the range of application of various materials, different thicknesses, different size of the finished product. Familiar with different engraving ways.

4.The software operation: Training software focused in the areas of user applications; software requirements: Various typesetting of software, a variety of operations, the path ,can quickly find the wrong path and so on.

5.Machine operator training: Training for safe operation 
and CNC Router machine maintenance training

CNC Engraving machine operating note:
    1. Do not install this equipment during lightning or thunder, do not install power outlets in damp places, do not touch uninsulated power lines.     

    2. The operator must go through a rigorous training procedure must pay attention to personal safety and the safety of the machine, and strictly follow the rules to operate engraving machine. 

    3. If the power supply voltage instability or surrounded by high-power electrical equipment, be sure to select the power supply under the guidance of professional and technical personnel.

    4. CNC Router machine, control cabinet must be grounded wire, not hot-plug the data cable.
    5. Operating personnel must not wear gloves work ,best to wear protective goggles.
